Good Food

Fried ravioli and cornbread panzanella — both from Giada DeLaurentiis's cookbook Everyday Pasta.

Trying to break out of the rut of making the same salad every night for dinner.  So, getting out the cookbooks and experimenting some.  It can be a challenge sometimes getting the portion sizes right for just one, but it's always a work in progress, and so far some good eating as well.

I am also going to pick up some plain white dishes the next time I'm at Ikea for my food photography shots.  Food just looks better when photographed on white dishes.
