Zachary was still not feeling better this morning, wouldn't eat, but did drink some water, and still really lethargic, so I took him to the vet.  The vet took blood, urine and fecal samples as well as an x-ray to make sure there were no blockages, and everything came back normal.  The vet said there was a lot of grass in his stool and the x-ray showed he was really gassy.  Zachary still won't eat though, but is drinking water.  I guess it just needs to run its course.  I'm making him some ground beef and rice and see if I can't tempt him to eat — so far he's refusing everything even his treats.
